We are excited to add Miche Bags to our gift shop. You must come in and see this really neat new purse concept. When you see it, you’ll agree its the neatest thing for women since Chocolate! (well maybe not quite). You can book a party and earn your own bags as the hostess or come into the tearoom and set started off the shelf. Kris Taylor from Shoppe Serendipity and Ms Lynn are going to have a combination Silpada and Miche Bag Party on Sunday, March 18 at 2 pm, for all you classy ladies out there! Hope to see you.

We’re Back!

2012 we are going to make a return to regular hours, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 to 4 pm. We will still be avaiable for your special events on other days of parties 10 or more. Valentine’s Day we will be open from 1 to 8pm, serving Queen’s Tea and music with Harpist Patty Hill. $30 pp Reservations Required on this event. Hope to see you soon as we have missed seeing all our friends on a regular basis and hope to meet some new ones too!

We are still here, the backyard is lush with green grass and cool with the shade of the sycamore trees. We miss seeing you all on a regulsr basis, but many of you have stopped in for tea and scones on our open third Wed. of the month. We have a couple of delightful family events coming up, one this Thursday(8-4) and one next Thursday(8-11), we would be happy to have you drop in on those days. We will also be here for the Balloon Fair, Sept.19 and 20 for lunch. If you want Princess of Queen’s tea be sure and make a reservation. Hosting your event in our garden under the trees would make a memoriable time for you. Hope to see you soon. Ms. Lynn

We will be opening for tea and lavendar scones on 4th of July weekend, Sat. and Sun. from 11 to 4. We would love to have you drop in and see us, if even just to say hi and enjoy the garden. Keep in mind too, that we will open for the Balloon Fair week, Sept. 21 thru Sept. 24, Wed. thru Sat., with our regular lunch menu, or Queen and Princess Tea by reservations only. Ms Lynn

There will a Dessert Tea Party for the Yreka Methodist Church at 2pm on April 28. We will have room for drop-ins for dessert that afternoon until 4pm. Our garden is starting to bloom and if we get a little sunshine before then, just a stroll through the garden will be a delight. CL

2011 has brought changes to Ms. Lynn’s Tea.

We will be open only for special events and do in- house catering for your special events of 10 or more. As we will miss seeing you and many of you are enjoying our fine loose leaf tea, we will also be open the 3rd. Wednesday of every month. This will give us an opportunity to catch up on the latest and give you a chance to get that tearoom “fix” and pick up your tea. That menu will just be tea and scones, unless we start baking and have some dessert too! We will be cutting the tea menu down and hope we have kept your favorites, but if not ,we will be happy to order them for you. Also if you check our calendar we will try to keep it updated, so that if there is a party going on and room for you, you can come on in. Just to let you know we love what we do at the tearoom and love having you here as our family, but this year the price of gas has changed everything for us. So it is with heavy hearts that we aren’t here on a regular basis, but this little bit gives us our “fix” too!!!!! The tearoom telephone # will be disconnected at the end of April, but we can be reached on the cell # 598-2103 or home 459-5000, just leave a message and we’ll get back to you with a calendar in hand! Thank you for all your support over the last 8 years and we do hope to continue seeing you and providing that special place for your events. CL

Today we met with Gail from Mt. Shasta Lavender Farm, to connect about dates, our baked items and advertising with them. I was mistaken on the opening date of the farm, so our first open Sunday will be June 13 and we will be open 7 days a week thru July 18. Regular Wed. thru Sat. to resume on July 21.
