We will be opening for tea and lavendar scones on 4th of July weekend, Sat. and Sun. from 11 to 4.  We would love to have you drop in and see us, if even just to say hi and enjoy the garden. There will a Dessert Tea Party for the Yreka Methodist Church at 2pm on April 28.  We will have room for drop-ins for dessert that afternoon until 4pm. Our garden is starting to bloom and if we get a little sunshine before then, just a stroll through the garden will be a delight. CL

2011 has brought changes to Ms. Lynn’s Tea.

We will be open only for special events and do in- house catering for your special events of 10 or more.  As we will miss seeing you and many of you are enjoying our fine loose leaf tea, we will also be open the 3rd. Wednesday of every month.  This will give us an opportunity to catch up on the latest and give you a chance to get that tearoom “fix” and pick up your tea.  That menu will just be tea and scones, unless we start baking and have some dessert too!  We will be cutting the tea menu down and hope we have kept your favorites, but if not ,we will be happy to order them for you.  Also if you check our calendar we will try to keep it updated, so that if there is a party going on and room for you, you can come on in. Just to let you know we love what we do at the tearoom and love having you here as our family, but this year the price of gas has changed everything for us. So it is with heavy hearts that we aren’t here on a regular basis, but this little bit gives us our “fix” too!!!!!   The tearoom telephone # will be disconnected at the end of April,  but we can be reached on the cell # 598-2103 or home 459-5000, just leave a message and we’ll get back to you with a calendar in hand!  Thank you for all your support over the last 8 years and we do hope to continue seeing you and providing that special place for your events. Today we met with Gail from Mt. Shasta Lavender Farm, to connect about dates, our baked items and advertising with them.  I was mistaken on the opening date of the farm, so our first open Sunday will be June 13 and we will be open 7 days a week thru July 18.  Regular Wed. thru Sat. to resume on July 21.  Hope to see you soon.
